Maha e-Seva Kendra is a CSC-authorized service facilitation center providing assistance with government documentation and registrations. We are not a government authority but a certified service center operating under CSC e-Governance Services India Limited.

2. Service Usage

You agree to:

  • Submit genuine and authentic documents
  • Follow all government requirements and regulations
  • Use our services for lawful purposes only
  • Not attempt to misrepresent your identity or information

3. Important Disclaimers

Please note:

  • Maha e-Seva Kendra is a service facilitation center, NOT a government authority or official agency
  • We do not have authority to approve or reject applications
  • Final approval lies with respective government departments
  • Processing times depend on government processing schedules
  • We are not responsible for government delays or rejections
  • Fee amounts may vary as per government guidelines

4. Fees and Charges

Our service charges are clearly communicated at the time of application. These are service facilitation fees and are separate from government fees. We accept payments through cash and digital methods. A receipt will be issued for all transactions.

5. Document Handling

Original documents submitted for verification are handled with care. You are responsible for:

  • Submitting genuine documents
  • Retaining copies of submitted documents
  • Informing us of document loss immediately

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by government departments, rejection of applications due to incomplete information, or issues arising from incorrect data provided by the applicant.

7. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Changes to government regulations may affect service availability or processing timelines.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Maharashtra. We encourage customers to contact us to resolve issues amicably before seeking legal recourse.

9. Compliance

We operate under the CSC framework and comply with all government regulations, digital security standards, and data protection requirements.
